Laurie Marhoefer is a historian of queer and trans politics.
Through her teaching, public scholarship, clinical practice, and writing, Josephine Ensign engages in critiques of current social justice issues such as poverty and homelessness, trauma and resilience, and the well-being of marginalized populations.
